Returns are only accepted for products that are in new, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note we do not provide return labels and shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Upon customer service approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Refunds and exchanges are subject to company approval.

Please note that all returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine that a return does not meet this requirement or if we feel our refund policy is being abused.

Please allow up to 30 business days for us to process your return from the day we receive your returned package. Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. 

You will receive your refund to the original form of payment. We are not able to redirect refunds to a different account.
